Pebble Game

Explanation

On each turn, you can do one of the following:

1. Click a leaf (bottom row) node to add a pebble.
2. Click any pebble to remove it.
3. If there is a pebble on both nodes below a node, then you can click and hold on a lower pebble to slide it up.

Your goal is to get a pebble to the top of the tree using the smallest possible pebble bank.
